Where will we meet?
I meet with clients both online and in a peaceful, private office space.
Online sessions are conducted using Zoom. If we meet in person, we will talk surrounded by art and nestled on sofas.
How will we work together?
I work with clients in two ways.
We decide moment-to-moment what’s best.
Coaching Conversations: Most often we will speak together in a coaching fashion about experiences, hopes, fears, and longings. Many clients choose to only work in this way.
Intuitive Work: Sometimes we will listen together to the wisdom of your body. When meeting in-person, you can choose to lay fully-clothed on a massage table. When online, you sit comfortably in a chair. You are welcome to speak at any time, but typically people fall inwards into a beautiful state between alertness and sleep, enabling you to emerge with new thoughts and understandings.
What types of challenges can you help me with?
This work can help heal mind, heart, spirit, and even body.
Some clients come with specific dilemmas or professional problems to solve. Others come with questions about life purpose, about belonging, about relationship, about self-acceptance, The healing journey has no guarantees, but in all cases, living and learning from the difficult questions is the only path to growth.
How long does it take?
All clients begin with six foundational sessions, usually with one session every two weeks. Sessions are 1 hour long.
The six-session commitment enables the uncomfortable bits to emerge and transform. Moving too fast over the hard ground of discomfort avoids the necessary, deliberate work of carefully observing, and learning from, the sticks and stones that trip us up. I work with some clients for just six-sessions. I work with many for a year or more.
When is a good time to start?
The best time is now.
There will always be too much to do before we think we are “ready” or have time for inner work. The wonder is that when we do show up, we settle into our soul and find that we have more than enough energy for development and growth, indeed, that we can’t live as our full selves without it.
What kinds of “practices” will you give me to do in between sessions?
I’ll give you practices that are supportive and inspiring.
Experiences that occur during a session can feel powerful yet ephemeral. Invitations to at-home practice help anchor insight into waking life. Practice invitations are specific to each client, including varying forms of contemplation, physical movement, and self-observation.
Is it going to be a lot of hard work?
There will be hard parts and painful realizations. And there will be laughter, lightness, and relief.
We don’t have to figure everything out, make ourselves saintly, forgive everyone who has hurt us, and never feel anger in order to feel enthusiasm and aliveness. In order to lovingly and safely be with pain, it is necessary to also experience—and know the truth of—our wholeness.
Can I bring professional issues or just personal ones?
You can bring your entire self — professional and personal — to our time together.
I consider myself “bilingual,” speaking both the analytical language of the professional and the intuitive language of the spirit. This enables me to help translate the variety of ways of knowing and feeling stirring within my clients.
How much does it cost?
1hr / session
$930 CAD for six sessions (approximately three months)
$155 CAD for a single session
Includes GST.
Please ask me about a sliding scale if this would be supportive to you.
After a foundational six sessions, each client can choose whether to begin another six-session series, pay session-by-session, or bring our work to a close.
How do we get started?
Let’s talk first to see if we are a fit.
Before any sessions are scheduled, I like to talk on the phone for 20 to 30 minutes to get to know each other and see if it makes sense to work together.
Let me tell you about me.
“Thank you for the challenges you pose and for the very caring space you create. It truly is one of the safest spaces I've experienced.”
